Beautiful dun mare with exceptionally strong bloodlines. Comanda is a butterscotch dun with black points, a dorsal Stripe, and zebra striped leg markings.

On the top side she is Poco Bueno and Eagle’s Gunsmoke On the bottom side she sports Cold Command and Vaquero Lark

This is a Montana raised mare, that has produced very colorful colts with ability, good minds, and great confirmation with emphasis on good bone and great feet.

"Comanda" is currently bred to Hairpin Blue Buttons and due to foal in July 2008. Hairpin Blue Buttons is a Blue Roan with Leo Hancock Hayes bloodlines and is producing excellent cowhorses with size and a willing attitude.

“PRIDE MONTANA” (15h 1200 lbs) - 1993

“Snippy” is a beautiful dun with black  points like her sister “Comanda”.  She also has the dun dorsal stripe and zebra stripe markings.  

Great bone, feet and plenty of mane and tail.  Her colts have straight legs, agility, and are very cowy.  She is definitely considered Mother of the Year at our place.

“RAINED OUT” – 1994

R.O. is a King Ranch foundation bred horse going back to “Major” on the top side.

She is a straight bay with black mane and tail.  This mare possesses extreme cow sense and very quick movement.  She was added to the broodmare bunch because of her exceptional cow working ability. 

Rained Out" produced a beautiful 2006 stud colt out of a grandson of Playgun and is currently bred to Hairpin Blue Buttons (Blue Roan) and will foal in May 2008.

"Barbie" is a flashy dun filly with white stockings and black points. She is the progeny of "Comanda" and "Gunnin Four Pistolero". She has strong Playgun and Poco Bueno bloodlines and has great wheels. Should be a great performer.

PRIDES BLUE OX

"Blue" is a strong muscled yearling with exceptional "Grullo" color and is confirmationally correct in every way. This yearling is out of "Pride Montana" and Hairpin Blue Buttons. This will be a cowhorse deluxe with size, movement, and great color.

RAINING PISTOLERO

"Eyebrow" is a cute smaller yearling model out of a grandson of Playgun. He is a quick mover, great personality and sound confirmation. Should turn around and stop on a dime.

Wow this is a flashy filly with performance pedigree!!! A sleek black package with white accents. Her sire is “Night Deposit Chex” !! Here is a great stud from Nu Chex to Cash from Nu Cash. 

Mother Comanda provides great Poco Bueno, Eagle’s Gunsmoke, and Cold Command for complete cowhorse performance potential. 

This filly is completely correct in movement and the quickest colt we have. She is going to be a cow smart horse with all the moves.

“Bart” is a butterscotch dun with black points . He is built to last. 

His sire is Hairpin Blue Buttons, a big blue roan with strong Leo Hancock Hayes bloodline. Bred to Pride Montana with Poco Bueno and Doolin’s Jett genes. 

“Bart” is a nice sized colt with obvious athleticism and a real nice guy to be around. He promises to be a great solid gelding for any program.

This is a great 2 year old black gelding. His sire, Four Wheel Dynamite is right out of Doc O Dynamite with Peppy San and Doc O Nina contributing strong performance genes. 

His dam Comanda, comes from Poco Bueno, Eagle’s Gunsmoke and Chic Command. “Mojo” has nice bone, good size, and a great temperament. 

He has very sound confirmation and is a nice all around young colt. He has big potential to perform both on the ranch and in the arena.

“Tina” is beautiful, black and in training.  Out of Four Wheel Dynamite, a Doc O Dynamite grandson, she is a great size, with solid legs and feet.  She’s jet black with some white accents and will be nice looking under saddle.  Already, we can tell she is sensitive, responsive, and will move out.  Tina will be a great addition to anyone’s ranch program or show prospect.
